Warning to my readers: This post is pretty much just for my fellow bloggers. I promise I won’t do this kind of post often, so please don’t be mad at me.
So… there is a discussion among some of my blog friends about which is better, blogger or wordpress.
Some say you get a better google pr, faster, with wordpress. If you are on my site reading this, you know that I have a blogspot blog. Do I need to switch?
If I want a higher pr is wordpress the way to go? Does wordpress have some sort of system that gets you in the search engines better? How many visits per month does it take to change your google pr?
All of a sudden I feel really uneducated when it comes to all this.
Anyone have any opinions about it? Do you use wordpress? Blogger? Something else"?
Sell me on the one you love!

I don't think being on wordpress has anything to do with Google PR. It has more to do with SEO, where your posts show up in a search on google.com, ask.com etc.
I have no idea about PR and all that jazz but I made the switch to WP in August and I couldn't be happier. I love WordPress, love the plugins it comes with.. Can't say enough good things about it!
I'm very happy in my comfy spot on blogger. If your main goal is SEO-then go for it. I'm doing this as a hobby, so I'm sticking to what I know - unless something crazy happens that forces me to switch! :)
@Little BGCG's Mommy- I forgot to mention SEO... oops! :) However, it's confusing why posts from blogger wouldn't show up. Isn't it a google product, so to speak??
Mommy Boots and Dee- Thanks for the input on each! :)
Posts from blogger do show up, it's just that the plugins you can get on WP do a lot of the work for you. On blogger, it's much more manual leg work. I moved to WP (from the free WP version) last year and love it!
